1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Time Frame: Customers must request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Purchases are valid for 12 months after the date of purchase, during which time customers can attend the same course if space is available.
  • Usage Limitation: If you attended the course and are unhappy about the content you may motivate for a complete refund of the course fee. This must be submitted within 48 hours of completion of the course and must be sent from the official email address from which the original registration was done. This is to ensure the training material is given a fair evaluation opportunity.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Method: Refund requests must be made via email to management@entinology.com with Subject Line “Refund request”
  • Information Required: Please include your full name, email address used for purchase, order number, and the reason for requesting a refund.

3. Conditions for Refund

  • Course Completion: We require the completion of the full course to provide you with a fair evaluation opportunity of the Entinology course material.
  • Technical Issues: Refunds will not be granted for issues related to the customer’s hardware, software, or internet connectivity. However, we will assist in resolving these issues if notified during the trial period. If needed we will provide other dates at which the courses can be attended. We are committed to providing the product or service that was purchased.
  • Mandatory Training: If the training was mandatory (part of employment or legal requirements), refunds are not applicable.

4. Refund Process

  • Verification: Upon receiving a refund request, Entinology (Pty) Ltd will verify the eligibility criteria have been met.
  • Refund Amount: The full purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method or the purchase source of funds minus any transaction fees if applicable. No refunds will be paid into a 3rd party account for any reason whatsoever.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 28 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
